Tickets, Registration, Payment, and Refunds

Login to the account created during registration to add or remove tickets, change add-on options, print an invoice, and request refunds. If you still cannot find what you are looking for, use the form at the bottom of this page to send us an email. 

Accommodations and Transportation

We Dreamin’ does not provide any transportation options; however, there are a number of ways to reach our location. The DART light rail and bus routes both have stops within a short walk of the Irving Convention Center. Uber/Lyft is an excellent option, with many drivers in the area throughout the day. DFW International Airport is a short distance by car, taxi, ride share, bus, or train. Ample parking is available at or near the facility, which has wheelchair accessible ramps and elevators both in the parking garage and the event space.

We Dreamin’ does not provide accommodations so please make your own arrangements. The Irving Convention Center is a stand-alone facility; however, there are dozens of hotels and guest rentals in the local vicinity. See our Location page for more information.

Dietary Restrictions and Allergies

We make every attempt to cater to the needs of all our attendees; however, we are limited by the options the facility has to offer. During registration, please answer the questions regarding dietary restrictions so we can provide the catering staff with accurate instructions. Should you find the provided meals incompatible with your dietary requirements, there are numerous restaurants within a few minutes walk with a wide and varied menu selection. Please note that We Dreamin’ is a public event in which numerous people will be in close contact with each other. Contact allergies are unavoidable in such an environment so please take the necessary precautions. If you have any questions, please use the form below to reach out.

If you are speaking, presenting a workshop, volunteering, or broadcasting at We Dreamin’, please email speakers [@] with any questions or concerns. Please note that all official communications will be sent to the email used when submitting sessions or registering.
